Conference Registration entitlements:
The full registration fee entitles delegates to access the following:
- Full access to all conference sessions
- Morning tea, networking lunch and afternoon tea
- Welcome networking reception
- Gala & Awards Dinner (RSVP required)
- Access to afternoon study tours/workshops (details TBC)

The preliminary program is currently being built around the below schedule and further details will be released when available.

Registration opens
Evening Welcome Reception - Monday 16th September
Full day Conference with afternoon site tours/workshops - Tuesday 17th September
Full day Conference with afternoon site tours/workshops - Wednesday 18th September
Full day Conference with Gala and Awards Dinner in the evening
Payment method
Payment methods accepted are credit cards or EFT transfers. Please note, credit card payments will incur a surcharge. All details for EFT payments to the conference account are detailed on the tax invoice. PLEASE ENSURE PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO THIS NZD ACCOUNT.
Cancellation Policy
Any registration cancellation requests must be received in writing before Monday 15th July 2024 and will be subject to a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be made after this time.
